Asset management

It is a renovation process in which current lamps and, if necessary, also fixtures, are replaced by LED lights or other alternatives. This procedure allows for a decrease of 50% to 80% in electricity consumption. Modern LED lighting provides a better quality of light and results in lower electricity costs.

Energy Management

Worldwide, huge amounts of industrial waste heat are lost. What’s worse is that often, additional energy is needed to get rid of this waste heat, through cooling water, cooling towers or air coolers. However, efficient solutions to recover this waste heat and transform it into electricity are available. Waste heat recovery can be used for pre-heating of processes, as energy source for cooling or for electricity generation.

Energy Efficiency

Cogeneration systems can be employed over a wide range of sizes, applications, fuels and technologies. In its simplest form, it uses a gas turbine, an engine or a steam turbine to drive an alternator. The resulting electricity can be used either wholly or partially on-site. The produced heat is recovered, minimising energy losses.

The high efficiency of Combined Heat and Power engines leads to a reduction in the use of primary energy. Expensive fossil fuels are used much more efficiently so less is used.
